The Plattkofelalm can be reached from Seiser Alm, Monte Pana, the Sellajoch and Campitello, or through the Oskar-Schuster-Steig. The hike to Plattkofel follows trail number 9.

To reach Plattkofelalm from the Williams Hut, which can be accessed by chairlift, it takes an additional 50 minutes.
